Our space’s maximum capacity is 399. With table seating, buffet and a designated dance floor space, we can comfortably fit 320 guests. We will work with you to create a custom layout based upon the vision you have for your event.

We offer private parking in our lots off Fairfield Ave (just south of the building) and off Hendricks Ave (just west of the building). Additionally, there is public parking at both the Electric Works and Tincap campuses. Add-on valet & shuttle services available upon request.

Yes! We want you to have the event you envision with the vendors you love! We will not charge these vendors any additional fees that could be passed along to you.

11pm. If you and your guests are still going strong, we invite you to continue the party at one of the other social destinations in The Fairfield building. Grab a drink, a late night snack, and knock over some pins at our social house, or swing a golf club in our golf simulators.

Yes! Your event manager is skilled in ceremony facilitation and we will discuss with you the logistics of doing so within the same space you will host your reception to make a transition plan that you and your guests will love!

No. While this may be common at other venues, we are intentional about covering our cost of doing business, which includes adequate liability coverage for your event.
